Export Manager (Excel)

With this feature...	Do this...
Category	Select the type of data group to export. For example, (Well, Facility, Land, etc.).
List Folder	Click Browse to locate a file in a directory other than the current project directory. You can instead, type or paste a full path into the box to the right.
... List	Select the list with items to export. The lists from which you can select are only those located in the folder selected above.
Well \| Facility \| Land \| etc.	View the individual items in the list file. If the list is out of date, a notification message appears below this pane. If Export Manager was launched for a single item, only the identifier for that item appears.
Templates	Select one or more templates with the desired data attributes to export (Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click for multiple selection). If you select multiple templates, data for each appear on separate Microsoft Excel worksheets.
Editor	Click to display the Template Editor dialog box and review or change the columns or column order in a predefined or user-defined template.
All Lines (Pipeline)	Export data for only the lines in your list or data for the entire pipeline of which that line forms a part. If you select All Lines, the lines included in your list are highlighted in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to differentiate them from other lines also in the same pipeline.
Production Years (Facility)	This button is active when the template selected above includes a column of production data. Date ranges you specify aren't associated with just the selected template, but with any template that includes production data until you either close the Export Manager dialog box or select All for the years to display.
Production Date Range (Years)	The Production Date Range dialog will display after you click Export when the selected template includes a column of production history data. Note that the Production Summary template is for the last month's production only.
Insert blank row between items	Insert a blank row between each item that's exported from the list above.
Disable spreadsheet formatting	Select whether to export without embedding line feeds in column headers and without Excel formatting making it easier to save export files into csv format for use in AccuMap contouring and posting and to export them into applications such as Petra.
Units \| Production Units	Select the units in which production data is exported. Production Units can differ from units for other items in the export.
Datum/Grid Info (when Working Interest Production Report template selected)	Select the desired export datum based on the following: -NAD27 and the 2.6 master grid. U.S. data is typically in this format. -NAD83 and the 2.6 grid using an NTv2 transformation to convert the data. Some third-party applications may require this combination. -NAD83 and the 4.1 master grid.
